By setting out an existing pattern or relational challenges I was able to work through some barriers by distancing myself from the delicate maze of knots in which I was tangled up. The “living map”/constellation exercise brought clarity, comfort and uplift, bringing a new liberating view.

We had some outplacement sessions together last year after I left my career at Nielsen to transition into high school maths teaching. As an update – tomorrow I start my new career as a full-time fully-qualified teacher!
