My Work: Systemic Coaching and Constellations

At the heart of my work lies the systemic approach, using constellations to help leaders, teams, and coaches gain clarity and movement where things may feel stuck.

Constellations is a method, a visual and embodied method that allow us to map a situation as it truly is, rather than how we want it to be personally. By visually mapping the situation as it is, the dynamics within the organisation or other relational system get clearer. A constellation shows the invisible dynamics and the undercurrents that are happening in the system. By stepping back and observing the relationships between people, roles, and concepts (such as purpose or goals), we can uncover hidden dynamics, unconscious patterns, and loyalties that often sit beneath the surface.

From there, we create the space for new insights, resolutions, and growth, transforming what once felt blocked into a clear path forward.
